Q: Which students can participate in Mettle Meet?

A: Mettle Meet has traditionally been divided into two categories — Junior and Senior. The Junior category is for students up to Class XII, while the Senior category is for those pursuing Plus III and other higher-education programmes, including Engineering, Medical and Management. Please check the current edition’s eligibility guidelines for the applicable categories.

Q: Can students from different schools or colleges form a team?

A: No. Mettle Meet is conducted between teams representing educational institutions. Students should participate as a team representing their own eligible institution.

Q: I am a student, but my institution has not registered yet. Can I register individually?

A: No. Mettle Meet is an institution-based team competition, so you cannot register as individually. You should contact your school or college authorities and request them to participate in the competition.

A: Yes, being a member of a quiz club is not the basis of eligibility. However, you must participate as part of an eligible team representing your educational institution, in accordance with the rules of the current edition.
